

2006 started with a Bang!
for Angel
Dancers when we were awarded a Special Prize by
the
Mayor of Brent for our dancers
performance and participation in the New
Years Day Parade in
London - see right.
We have won many competitions, including Classical,
Modern and Cultural genres.
The internatonal excellence of the many different dance
styles we teach and perform is
reflected in the number of high profile shows and competitions
in which we have performed
and competed.

" The Boogie Woogie Sony TV UK Bollywood Championships,
2006"
Dance
choreographed by Jyoti Trivedi, Director of
The World Famous Angels School of Dance.
Jyoti being the first in the industry, to put forward
a non asian dance group of girls won the Boogie Woogie Sony TV Competition 2006. They were trained and coached by Angel Dancers and the outfits were provided by Angel Dancers. the prize, coming
in at NUMBER 1!!  |

The Lohana competition
in 2005 (left)
The competition was won by the East London girls and North
London boys. This dance piece was very unique because
traditional Indian props were used and the scene was set
as a Bollywood village scene. choreographed by Jyoti
to a typical folk song from Falguni Pathaks album.
