The following terms and policies are set by Angel Dance School and must be adhered to at all times. All clauses listed are of a general code of business conduct for entering into legally binding agreement for both parties which outlines the policies of the school and any business arrangement it enters into.
1.
The organisers must declare the intention of rate of pay, client address, venue and genre of event, at the time of booking.
2.
Time specification of performance required of angel Dancers will be arranged between the client and proprietor/or nominated representatives of Angel Dance School.
3.
The client has to declare the number of people in the audience which the Dancers will be catering for including other specifications such as nationalities of communities and age group.
4.
The client is legally bound by the Health and Safety Act 1994 (section 2) to ensure safety of all performers.
5.
All technical requirements of the event must be provided for by client, such as lighting, sound system and stage to avoid any undue embarrassment for performers.
6.
Organisers must ensure suitable dressing room(s) to accommodate the needs of performers with full assurance of privacy.
7.
Organisers are bound by the offences against any persons act (1861) to ensure verbal/physical abuse will not be tolerated against Angel Dances. If this clause is violated, Angel Dance School reserves the right to withdraw from premises and prosecute.
8.
Audiences and clients are barred from approaching students of Angel Dance School without direct permission from proprietor.
9.
A 50% non refundable deposit is required at booking.
10.
A 48 hour cancellation notice is required should unforeseen circumstances arise.
11.
Angel Dance School reserves the right to prosecute those which are guilty of breaching the copyrights of dance movements and name of school.
12.
Any misrepresentation of the aims of the event can lead to termination of agreement and financial liability of client.
